Wig Styling Workshop @ Connichi, Kassel

At this Connichi Nathalie (mycostumes.de) and I were invited to held two wig styling workshops.
One for beginners and one for advanced.

Following points we discused in the beginners workshop:

• Basic informations about kanekalon fiber
• How to wear your wig with a wig cap and long natural hair
• How to brush your wig
• How to wash and condition your wig
• What to do when the hair gets tangly
• How to staighten the hair and curl it
• Q & A

Following points we discused in the advanced workshop:

• Basic information about wig production
• How to backcomb synthetic hair
• How to make anime hair spikes
• How tho style the wigs fringe
• How to make different types of curls
• How to cut synthetic hair
• Q & A

Both workshops have been visited well with over 80 guests.
It was a lot of fun. We really appreciated the big interest in our work.
